Course of study: This study will meet eight times over eight months.
The first session will provide an introduction to the paramitas and create a relational container for their study and cultivation.
Over the following six sessions, we will focus on each of the paramitas, weaving these qualities into the tapestry of our lives.
We will end with an integration session to close our study and identify supports for continuing to embody compassionate responsiveness to the world.
Course Format:
Each session will consist of a brief sit, a short teaching, embodiment practices, and time for discussion, reflection, and engagement with one another. Teachings will be recorded for anyone unable to attend.
Course Sessions:
In order to enable participation from Sangha members across North America and the UK, course sessions will take place on Saturday mornings from 10-12 CST.
